For nine months I suffered where I found out that all of my vertebrae were out of place, until I was able to get to a chiropractor in June of 2006, my back had no correct curvature. I was so off balance that I couldn"t stand still enough to get a good x ray the very first time. In January of this year I had another x ray done and my spine was perfect from the top of my neck down to my midsection. By then I had a curvature from my waist down to my hips.

This New Year"s Eve, we"ll follow the tradition of snack foods for dinner and setting up the card table for any game we pick out. The last few months the family has been taught by my husband if we get tired of the computer board games.
It"s been six months since my last chiropractic visit. I have been very happy with how little form I have felt in my back since incorporating a regular routine of stretching and strengthening my back muscles no less than three days a week although I do not do this whole routine every day of the week.
