I worked many years as an exercise physiologist and director of a couple of cardiac rehabilitation programs before getting my Chiropractic degree. One thing I learned pretty quickly during that time is that what I thought was common sense about health as well as heart health particularly, actually wasn"t so unusual.
In the event you are currently in a market where you"re are having difficulty with creating huge profits and busy, then consider offering information goods in your company. It is easy to mark them all up and get a substantial part of gains that can allow it to be worthwhile. I know of a chiropractor than he does with his Chiropractic services, who"s making more money with his merchandises. So the money is unquestionably here.
Abbreviations - If you"re audited, don"t count on a chiropractor reviewing your records who will understand what "PR-L" or "ASRA" or even "Sublux" means. For that matter, even just a non-chiropractor may have difficulty with nonspecific abbreviations like "PT." Did you send the patient for part-time or Physical Therapy work? The auditor isn"t going to attempt to translate your abbreviations, particularly if there isn"t a key present that clarifies them. A great SOAP note with one abbreviation that is unidentifiable can make you fail your audit. Therefore, make sure that you are spelling it out clearly (another advantage to EMR, push the button and also the word comes out!) or that you provide a key that certainly translates all your abbreviations.
It"s undoubtedly common practice when an individual that is affected enters my chiropractic clinic to do then, if important, x-rays, examination and a comprehensive history.
JJ: I yearn to play Adam in Neil LaBute"s The Shape of Things. The range of emotions exhibited by this poor man is immeasurable. I also expect to play any male character in Death of a Salesman (my favourite play), Ken in Red, Boolie in Driving Miss Daisy, and Amos in Chicago. Actually, I could go on eternally. There are several great roles out there!
My wife (who hasn"t smoked) needed me to quit smoking. From time to time she would remind me that "kissing you is like licking the bottom of an ashtray". Ouch! Obviously, that statement is absolutely true and there is actually no good response to it. But, as sound as that statement may be, it did not supply enough help for my own support staff to stop smoking.
When my family and I were returning from Costa Rica on a holiday awhile back, we had 30 minutes to make our connecting flight and were required to walk from the international terminal to the domestic terminal about 20 minutes away. After surviving security my son, who eats every 30 minutes and is 16 (late puberty) says he will meet us at the gate and grabs his ticket, shouts something about visiting the food court. I try to reply with a message which will frighten him into rethinking his choice like "you better not or you will miss your flight" or "if you do, you will be in huge problem buddy," but he is quicker than a rabbit in heat.
It"s better to do research before you start something new than after you"ve begun. It can help save you plenty of chaos and pressure - not to mention money.
